Infographics and Digital Media

Infographics and Digital Media

In the 21st century, literacy is no longer confined to print media. Now, to be truly literate, individuals must be able to absorb, digest, and interpret visual and audio-visual media.

These images represent my skills as a graphic storyteller and communicator. They represent an understanding of how information is sought and interpreted via videos and images.

Infographics can be used to provide library instruction and provide important information in a format that is easy to read, digest, and interpret.

Using infographics and other graphics at the library can also help support 21st-century literacy development in children and teens and add form and function to the library space, both in-person and online!
